HERITAGE BRED.

We raise only heritage breed Berkshire crosses. This means more flavor, better marbling, and higher fat and vitamin content.

PASTURE RAISED.

We raise our hogs on pasture starting from a very young age. This allows them to access natural forage and plenty of sunshine. Which in turn makes their meat and fat richer in micronutrients, particularly fat-soluble vitamins E and D, as well as minerals like selenium and a better ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids.

HUMANELY RAISED.

Our hogs are free to root, wallow, lounge, and sun bathe, outside on fresh pasture, creating comfortable, content pigs. Raising happy hogs that eat fresh feed and get room to roam lets them live a very low stress life. When its time to slaughter, we do it here on our ranch as to not add any more stress for them.

ANTIBIOTIC AND HORMONE FREE.

We never give our hogs hormones or use unnecessary antibiotics.

Our family is involved in every step of the process. By buying your meat local, you are supporting not only our ranch, but also the local butcher and community.

100 % VEGETARIAN FEED.

We only feed our hogs 100% vegetarian grain and pasture forage.
